Our team has extensive experience in property law, and handles all aspects relating to property and property law in South Africa, including the negotiating and drafting of agreements relating to property transactions (and registration and conveyancing, leases, servitudes, town planning, mortgage and notarial bonds, sectional title developments, sub-division and consolidation of properties, anti-nuptial contracts and various applications, consents and servitudes.

 

Recently the firm has provided legal advice on a number of significant property transactions, including the transfer of properties in excess of R350 million,  amongst other developments and transfer of plots in the prestigious St Francis Bay Golf Links.
