HISTORY AND OVERVIEW

C W Malan has been the leading law firm in Humansdorp, the central town of the Kouga Region of the Eastern Cape, over more than 100 years of its practice.  The firm was established in 1906 by our founder, Charlie Malan, and today specialises in property and property tax law in addition to providing commercial and general legal services.

The firm has gained unique and wide experience in providing both local and international clients with services and advice in the various field of it's practice.
